2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you accept these Website Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.
These terms apply to your use of the website itself. If you buy a product or service from us, a separate contract will apply, and it will take precedence over these terms for that purchase. This includes our Boiler Installation Terms & Conditions for boiler installations and our membership agreement for WarmBox memberships.
3. Use of Our Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use this website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
- use this website to transmit or send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

4. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to make sure the content of this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the website is free of errors or omissions, and we may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
Prices, product details and availability shown on the website may change, and will be confirmed to you before you enter into a contract with us.
5. Orders and Your Right to Cancel
When you buy a product or service through this website, by phone or away from our premises, it is a distance or off-premises contract. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.
For services, such as a membership, the 14 days run from the day the contract is entered into. Where goods are supplied, such as a new boiler, the 14 days run from the day the goods are delivered.
If you ask us to start providing a service, or to carry out an installation, during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel, you may have to pay for what has been provided up to the point you cancel. Once a service has been fully performed at your request, you may lose the right to cancel it.
To cancel, please contact us using the details in section 1. Full details of your cancellation rights are set out in the terms for the product or service you have bought.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct when published, but errors can occasionally happen. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
Where payment is made by Direct Debit, it is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Where you pay by card or other means, payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
