Yes — every installation is carried out by experienced, Gas Safe registered engineers. We’re also TrustMark approved, part of the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme.
You choose an installation date that works for you during booking. We keep you updated from booking all the way through to sign-off, and most standard boiler swaps are completed in a single day.
You get the manufacturer’s warranty on your new equipment plus our own workmanship guarantee. To keep your manufacturer warranty valid, your boiler must be serviced once a year by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Our plans cover annual servicing, safety and efficiency checks, and (on higher tiers) strip-down cleans and radiator flushes. Only standard parts within a service are included; major parts and repairs are charged separately. We offer plans for boilers, solar panels and heat pumps.
