Warmbox Heating – Boiler Servicing Terms & Conditions
1. Service Packages
We offer three levels of annual boiler servicing:
- Basic Service
Annual boiler service carried out in line with manufacturer guidelines. - In-Depth Service
Full strip-down service in line with manufacturer guidelines, including heat exchanger clean and seal replacements. - In-Depth Service + Radiator Flush
Full strip-down service (as above) plus flushing of up to 3 radiators.
Additional radiators charged at £10 per radiator.
2. Booking & Availability
All services are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Engineer availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee specific dates until confirmed.
3. Servicing Only
This is a servicing agreement only.
It does not include repairs or fault diagnosis.
4. Faults & Repairs
- If your boiler has a fault, it must be repaired before any service is carried out.
- Repairs are not included in any service package and will be charged separately.
- If your boiler was installed by us and is within the manufacturer’s warranty, we will do our best to assist.
5. Parts
- Only standard service parts are included.
- Any additional or major parts required will be charged separately.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for any pre-existing faults or issues with your boiler or heating system.
- A service may identify existing faults or cause underlying issues to become apparent or worsen.
- We are not responsible for any damage or faults that occur as a result of underlying issues, age, wear and tear, or factors outside of our control.
7. General
By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
