What we do
We install, support and service home heating equipment such as boilers, ground source heat pumps, hvac systems and more. We’re basically mad about heating.
Why would we have taken a payment
If you’ve booked in a recent boiler installation, system clean or service we would have taken a payment, which could be a security deposit or the full payment, depending on the payment amount.
We also offer a pay-monthly annual boiler service, discounted for all equipment we’ve installed. Sometimes we give 12 months free, then take the first payment.

Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and any electrical or air conditioning work is done by appropriately qualified professionals. We only use engineers we’d trust in our own homes.

Yes – as long as the information you provide is accurate, the price you see is the price you pay for the agreed work. If anything unusual comes up that would change the price, we’ll discuss it with you before any extra work is carried out.
In most cases, no. We can usually confirm everything from your answers, photos and a quick call if needed. For more complex systems, we might arrange a survey visit, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
Installation dates depend on your location and the type of job. You’ll see available dates during the booking process, and we’ll confirm your slot by email or message.
Signs you might need a new boiler include: regular breakdowns, rising energy bills, strange noises, inconsistent heating or hot water, or an older, non-condensing boiler. If you’re not sure, we can review your system and advise whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
