These terms apply to your use of the website itself. If you take out a WarmBox membership, a separate membership agreement will apply to that contract, and will take precedence over these terms in relation to your membership.

5. Orders and Distance Contracts

Where you purchase a WarmBox membership or service through this website, this is a distance contract. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of the day the contract is entered into, without giving a reason.

If you ask us to begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period, and later cancel, you may be required to pay for the services provided up to the point of cancellation. If you expressly request that we begin the service immediately and later confirm you have received the full service within the cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

To cancel, please contact us using the details in section 1 above. Full details of your cancellation rights will also be provided in your membership documentation.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct at the time they are published, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a service you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Where payment is made by Direct Debit, this is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Where you pay by card or other means, payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

The WarmBox name, logo, and all content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and design, are owned by or licensed to WarmCare Installations Limited, unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal use, but you must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
